Singapore Junior Physics Olympiad (SJPO)

The Singapore Junior Physics Olympiad (SJPO) is an annual Physics Olympiad competition in Singapore, that engages Secondary 1 to Secondary 4 students to demonstrate and apply their knowledge in Physics. One of the most prestigious Physics competitions in Singapore, participants in the SJPO gain exposure to a wide range of problems, training their problem-solving skills and inspiring a deep inspiration for Physics. Moreover, top participants of the SJPO can be identified and selected for early and future training in the Singapore Physics Olympiad (SPhO), Asian Physics Olympiad (APhO), and International Physics Olympiad (IPhO).

Learning and mastering your concepts is essential to doing well in the SJPO and Physics Olympiad competitions in general.

Our Physics tutors have specially crafted an SJPO syllabus that specifically trains you in the knowledge and problem-solving skills required by the Singapore Junior Physics Olympiad, and the associated Singapore Physics League (SPhL)From theoretical foundations to mathematically complex applications, we aim to immerse participants in our training in a holistic learning experience, that not just enables your child to approach any problem with the required Physical knowledge, but gives them the passion to continue pursuing Physics even beyond the competition.
